Sticking with the theme from Saturday’s dinner at Ali Baba,  last night’s dinner was created using this recipe from the allyou magazine –

I had all the ingredients except the couscous so I made it without

So how was it?! How’d the men of the house like it?

It was good but my son’s didn’t like the soft texture of the pepper.

It was good but my sons didn’t like the texture of the cooked pepper.
