OOTD – Chambray and Denim

Hello Friends and Happy Thursday, I hope you are having a pleasant day.
Yesterday I spent the day cleaning out closets gathering clothes to be donated to Goodwill which is what we did this afternoon. Malik drove and after donating two boxes of clothes and two tv’s we drove by a dumpster where he saw two speakers – yes, he got one, brought it home; it worked so he went back and got the other one (que the theme song to Sanford and Son)

Thank you. He saw the speakers by the dumpster and went wild but was a bit apprehensive, we got out of the car like Fred and Lamont and put one in the back seat. It was a bonding moment – lol

I need to do this myself, the bag has been full and sitting in the basement for weeks! And now I have that theme song stuck in my head! LOL Cute outfit.

I know, I still have to get into the linen closet, but would love to donate the sheets, blankets and towels to a shelter.

not Sanford & Son!! that was too funny. my wardrobe overage has been gathered…now if i could just make my way over to Goodwill to drop it all off. the chambray against the black looks nice!

Oh, that’s pretty funny! Our neighborhood (actually our entire town) has a free “recycle” pick-up during the first week of each month, which makes it way too easy to become what I call “curb-divers!” It never ceases to amaze me what people toss.
Your outfit is so cute! I think I can pull that off, so I may just copy-cat this outfit!

Wow that sounds fantastic, we have a guy in a pick up truck that hits the neighborhoods on trash day. I saw him one day at the gas station and remarked, Oh, I know you, you are the guy with the Sanford and Son truck”. He smiled and said, yes, I make money selling some of what I find.
