OOTD – Son said, “what?” Saturday
Posted January 5, 2013
on:Hello Friends and Happy Saturday, I hope you had an enjoyable day.
I am sitting at the kitchen table sipping Ginger tea trying to accept the fact that son #2 is no longer my baby. He and I had planned to go to Best Buy to purchase Dragon Speak software and an external DVD drive for his Notebook. I asked him to take a few shots before leaving and as he reluctantly did, he informed me that we had to be home by 4:00 because his “girlfriend” was coming over. “Girlfriend…girlfriend…did he say girlfriend?”
I was all smiles as he hadn’t told me yet
Huh, what did he just say?
Don’t get me wrong, he is 16 and has had crushes on girls before but this was going to be the first time I was actually going to meet “his girlfriend”, the first time a girl was coming to the house. I know…I know…but I’m gonna need something stronger than this tea!
And he knows that if he doesn’t do the right thing, these will be up his butt!
Just grin and bear it…..

Love, Love, love the look Those boots and the pop of color with neon vest is too cute! Kids grow up so fast, it feels like yesterday I was holding my Goddaughter in my arms, now she is a senior in high school and has a boyfriend…Times flies.
