Fashion and Fun after Fifty

Goodwill, Thorndale, PA

I finally found a denim vest, Talbot Petite and it has the same buttons as the skirt that I found at Goodwill in Middletown ~ $4.50

Notations floral dress, I will wear with a thick black belt – $5.00

This Kasper for ASL purple suit is a size 12 but the skirt is too short and too small, I will be donating the skirt but am keeping the jacket because I love the shoulder pads – $8.50

Love the high necks on these tops, black beaded and the brown/blue/yellow, both are Apt 9 – $3.50 each

This orange and blue Sag Harbour blouse is an x-tra large but I will be belting it – $3.50

Another x-tra large top but this animal print by All Points is cropped. I will wear with jeans and my animal print shoes – $3.50

I loved this Lands End sheath dress, it’s size 12 but was too tight so I took it back – $5.00

I stopped at Ross on Friday to make a return, and I ended up getting 3 cute Spring Tank Tops which can be worn under blazers or just with jeans for $8.99 each. I also found a pair of Madden Girl wedge shoes which I will have fun mixing and matching with various outfits. On Saturday I stopped in at Goodwill where I found a lime green blazer, a denim skirt and black top all for $14.75.

Lime Green Blazer from Talbots is a perfect Spring color, it will be mixed and matched with various tops ~ $6.00

Demin skirt also from Talbots was $5.00, and black top, no label for $3.75. The red belt was $1.49 from Ross, it was probably separated from a dress and I noticed quite a few skinny belts at this price. All the tanks were $8.99 each.

The Madden Girl Wedges from Ross were $18.99, and I will match them with various tank top and skirts.

Now that the weather is starting to warm, soon it will be time to change out my wardrobe. In my closet I have a lot of blazers, most of them purchased from Goodwill earlier in the year. There are several good reasons to buy from Goodwill, not only are your purchases helping others with job training and employment but when you no longer want or need an item you can re-donate it and get a tax deduction.
Most of these blazers were $3.75 or less and are labeled, Jones New York, Leslie Fay, Talbots, Kasper, Areo and Bergdorf Goodman
