Saturday’s 60th Birthday Bash

Hello Friends and Happy Monday!
I hope you had a wonderful weekend, the weather was simply gorgeous in Delaware despite a few intermittent rain drops. Saturday I spent most of the morning in my son’s closet gathering clothes to be donated to the Cancer Federation. He doesn’t outgrow his clothes as quickly as his younger brother, but I was able to find enough to fill two large bags.
Saturday evening hubby and I attended a celebration in honor of his friend’s 60th birthday. Hollywood is a long time friend and is the lead singer of Hollywood And The Final Kutt Band. They have played all over Delaware and can be seen next at the World Cafe Live in Wilmington on September 5th.
He and his wife live in a lovely row home in Wilmington where they have created a mini outdoor sanctuary filled with plants, a fish pond, cats, dogs and birds.
For several hours we talked, laughed, shared stories and simply enjoyed ourselves in blessings and celebration of this milestone birthday.

Remember last Saturday’s 9 hour closet clean out? Well I am still trying to organize it, and even though I got rid of a lot I still have a lot more to purge. I wish I could organize my closet to make it look like this:

But I definitely need HELP with this mess!
