Hello Friends and Happy Inauguration Day AND Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day
As I sit at my desk watching the live stream coverage of Inauguration Day Ceremonies, my heart is filled with pride yet heavy with sadness. Dr. King would have been very proud of President Obama, yet very disappointed at the hatred so prevalent in our great Nation. I don’t think you have to be an African American to understand the history of today or feel the pride of freedom you just have to be an American.
